The Company will be managed by Thomas Bryson leading a group of seasoned professionals with specific skills required to execute the Business Plan as a “corporate oversight group” with decentralized management and decision making occurring at the operational level of each business vertical. This hierarchy of authority promotes the integration of existing management in strategic alliance partners and acquisition targets to ensure continuity of operations with minimal disruption. The board of directors will oversee the conduct of the business and supervise management. The initial candidates of the PubliCo Board of Directors will be elected from the following group of advisors to ensure board independence, proper governance, and diversity.
